The Danish Health and Medicines Authority receives electronic notifications of medicine prices and changes in product range via DKMAnet, which is our password-protected extranet.

How to gain access to DKMAnet
To gain access to DKMAnet, the company must appoint a security administrator (please see the form in the box to the right). Next, the security administrator must have an employee signature from Nets DanID installed on the computer. The employee signature must be registered in the name of the company.
You can order a Digital Signature from the Nets DanID website.
Security administrators and other users working for companies that do not have a Danish company registration number must be issued a CUG certificate from the Danish Health and Medicines Authority (please see the form in the box to the right).

Support is open daily from 9:30 to 15:00 on +45 4488 9525. A special service hotline will be taking calls every other Monday between 15:00-16:30 (in weeks when the pharmaceutical companies must notify changes in prices and packages) on +45 4488 9694.
In addition to the national holidays, the Danish Health and Medicines Authority is closed on the day after the Ascension Day, Danish Constitution Day (5 June) and between Christmas and New Year.
