Preliminary data on Medicine Prices available to all subscribers of Medicine Prices for Companies
As of 1 March 2013, anyone who subscribes to Medicine Prices for companies has access to preliminary data on Medicine Prices. Preliminary data will be made available 11 and 10 days prior to the effective date of a new medicine price period. This follows from an amendment to the Danish executive order no. 59 of 29 January 2009 on medicine prices and supply conditions.

Users of ftp.dkma.dk, www.medicinpriser.dk and www.erhverv.medicinpriser.dk should note that the content of two fields in the LMS files at ftp.dkma.dk changed on 16 November 2009.

Executive order on calculation of consumer prices, etc. of medicinal products
On 6 October 2008, a new executive order on price calculation enters into force, repealing executive order no. 270 of 21 March 2007 with the same title.

From 1 January 2009, all changes to prices and product range must be reported electronically at DKMAnet – Prices & Packages
From 1 January 2009 changes in prices and product range for medicinal products can no longer be sent by fax. In future, notifications must be sent electronically at DKMAnet - Prices & Packages.

The fixed price system for medicinal products for production animals is abolished
On 2 April 2007, the sale of veterinary medicinal products for production animals became liberaliser. This entails an amendment of a number of executive orders on reporting and notification of information from the retailers to the Danish Medicines Agency in relation to these medicinal products.

The Danish Medicines Agency starts to receive only electronic notifications of medicinal product prices and product ranges via our secure, access-restricted extranet DKMAnet - Prices & Packages during 2007.

New executive order on the price list and delivery conditions
A new executive order on changes for "Bekendtgørelse for Medicinpriser og leveringsforhold" enters into force on 11 September 2006. The executive order is no. 875 of 17 August 2006.
