Pharmaceutical companies are obligated to notify the Danish Health and Medicines Authority of any doctors, dentists and pharmacists that the companies collaborate with.
The notification takes place via a notification form that must be submitted electronically to the Danish Health and Medicines Authority.

The guideline describes pharmaceutical companies’ obligation to report information about doctors, dentists and pharmacists associated with them.

Notification of information about doctors, dentists or pharmacists associated with a pharmaceutical company
Form for the notification. On the notification form, the company must state the company’s name, address and CVR no. (no. assigned by the Danish Central Business Register). In addition, the company must state how many doctors, dentists and pharmacists the notification concerns.

In connection with the completion of the notification form, a file must be attached with information about the doctors, dentists and pharmacists associated with the company. The Excel template may be used.
