Amendment of executive order on euphoriant substances

On 4 March 2010, the substances below were included in annex 1 of executive order no. 749 of 1 July 2008 on euphoriant substances issued by the Danish Ministry of Health and Prevention (annex 1 is available via the factbox to the right. In Danish only)

The following substances are included in schedule B:

• 15 a. 2-aminoindan (2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-amin)
• 15 b. AMT (alpha-methyltryptamin)
• 35 a. CP 47, 497-C6 (rel-5-(1,1-dimethylhexyl)-2-[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]phenol)
• 35 b. CP 47, 497-C7 (rel-5-(1,1-dimethylheptyl)-2-[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]phenol)
• 35 c. CP 47, 497-C8 (rel-5-(1,1-dimethyloctyl)-2-[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]phenol)
• 35 d. CP 47, 497-C9 (rel-5-(1,1-dimethylnonyl)-2-[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]phenol)
• 64 a. DPT (dipropyltryptamin)
• 77 a. HU-210 ((6aR)-trans-3-(1,1-dimethylheptyl)-6a,7,10,10a-tetrahydro-1-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d]pyran-9-methanol)
• 83 a. JWH-018 (naphthalen-1-yl-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanon)
• 83 b. JWH-073 (naphthalen-1-yl-(1-butylindol-3-yl)methanon)
• 83 c. JWH-200 (naphthalen-1-yl-(1-(2-morpholin-4-ylethyl)indol-3-yl)methanon)
• 83 d. JWH-250 (2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)ethanon)
• 83 e. JWH-398 (4-chloro-naphthalen-1-yl-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanon)
• 95.1. MDPPP (3,4-methylendioxy-alpha-pyrrolidinopropiophenon)
• 100 a. Metamfepramon (N,N-dimethylcathinon)

As of 4 March 2010, these substances may only be imported or exported if the Danish Medicines Agency has issued a certificate for each individual shipment.

This means that these fifteen substances can solely be used for medical or scientific purposes.
