Fees for clinical trials

As of 1 January 2010, the fee for clinical trial applications is stipulated in executive order no. 1455 of 15 December 2009 on application fees for the authorisation of clinical trials.

The application fee for notification of clinical trials is DKK 6,944.

The fee for substantial protocol changes is DKK 1,575.

Payment
All fees must be paid to the Danish Medicines Agency no later than one month after receipt of the invoice. When submitting your application, please enclose a form containing your invoice details. You may find the form via the factbox to the right.
